We only possess student records from closed diocesan schools.  If you are in need of a transcript from a diocesan school that is now closed, please send us a handwritten, signed request either by mail or fax.  Be sure to tell us your birth date, the school you attended, the date of your graduation and your full name (please include maiden name if applicable).  If we have your record, we will send a sealed copy to you.  Though there is no fee for our services to the general public, we do ask for a donation to help pay for the work and expense involved in processing transcript requests.  Please note that if you need a student record from a diocesan school still in operation you will need to contact that particular school.  For further information or if you have additional questions, please contact us.
