The Media Resource Center provides audio-visual materials for all the Catholic parishes and schools in the Diocese of Charlotte. These materials are used for instructional purposes and/or personal enrichment. It is our hope that those involved in the various Church ministries will avail themselves of the materials provided by the Media Resource Center.

General Policies:

• Reserve media materials at least 2 weeks in advance of the date to be used. This will ensure time for shipping, previewing, or making another selection.
• Complete the Order Form in full.
• Media materials may be picked up at the Media Resource Center or mailed to the user.
• Delivery service is provided to Charlotte Catholic Schools.
• Media materials should be returned the day after the scheduled date for use. If an extension of time is needed, the Director of the Media Resource Center should be notified.
• If a media resource is damaged, the parish/school/individual will be billed for the amount of its replacement.
• Copyright laws are to be strictly enforced. It is ILLEGAL to copy any videos or cassette tapes that are borrowed from the Media Resource Center.
