The Lay Ministry Training Program is a two-year program designed for women and men who wish to grow in confidence as they minister to others in their families, the Church and the marketplace.  It also serves as a means for catechists or religion teachers to upgrade their certification in religion.  Participation in this program is a prerequisite for men applying for the Permanent Diaconate.  Participants are awarded a certificate of completion at the end of year II.

Registration for the 2008-2010 Lay Ministry Program is closed and all classes are filled.  The next Lay Ministry course for new applicants will begin in 2010.
